Step 1
The Pivot Table in the screenshot below is sorted alphabetically by country. However, it needs to be sorted by Revenue in descending order

Click the filter arrow on the Pivot Table (1) and select More Sort Options (2)
Step 3
Select Descending (1)
Click the drop down arrow (2) and select the field to sort on (3)
Click OK (4)
Step 4
The Pivot Table is now sorted in descending order by Total Revenue
