Have you ever noticed that when you type a really large number into Excel it’s sometimes displayed with an E+ and a number at the end:

It’s known as scientific notation and for most people it’s annoying.
There are several ways to change this so that the cell displays the number with all the digits and in this video I’m going to show you 5 ways to do so.
- Type an apostrophe at the beginning of the cell entry
- Format the cells as Text
- Format the cells as Number
- Text to Columns
- Use Power Query
