The 2 screenshots below show a dashboard with a text box that has had conditional formatting applied. When the value in the text box is greater than 50%, the text box turns red.
Easy, you might think. But if you’ve ever tried to apply conditional formatting to a text box in Excel, you’ll know that it can’t be done – the Conditional Formatting button on The Ribbon is greyed out.
