The Pivot Table below shows how much revenue was generated per country. Rather than displaying an amount, the Sales Director wants to see each revenue figure as a percentage of the total.
Step 1
Click the drop down arrow next to Total revenue in the Values section

Select Value Field Settings
Step 3
Click the Show Values as tab
Click the drop down arrow to display the options available in the Show values as list
Select % of total
Click OK
Step 4
The Pivot Table now displays the revenue as a percentage of the total
